Cheese Vats

Store, transfer and pasteurize cheese of all types with new and used cheese vats and pasteurizers for sale. Schier Company Inc. sells new and refurbished storage and pasteurizing equipment for cheeses of all types, as well as other materials. With various sizes and dimensions ranging from 7 gallon volume tanks up to 5,000 gallon tanks, we have tanks to suit cheese makers of all types.


Choose from steam or hot water jacketed vats and pasteurizers, with additional components and features to keep cheeses at the proper temperature and consistency. The shape, materials and discharge design of the vats and pasteurizers allow the cheese to be transferred from one process to the other, while the heaters, coolers and agitators maintain the viscosity and homogeny of the cheese. Stainless steel construction with a variety of fittings, valves, filters and gauges allow the vats to fit into nearly any process. We also have a full line of mozzarella cooker stretchers, molder extruder including loaf and string line.
